Reprep hosts pages created by its users, and we want to comply with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA). If you believe content on the Service is illegal under EU or national law, you can report it using the process below. This channel is for illegal content specifically — for copyright or trademark issues, please use our IP & Takedown Policy instead.
1. How to report illegal content
Email admin@ownage.tech with the subject line “Illegal content report” and include:
- an email address so we can follow up with you;
- the exact URL(s) on reprep.net pointing to the content you are reporting;
- an explanation of why you believe the content is illegal, and which law you believe it breaks;
- any supporting evidence, such as screenshots;
- a statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information in your report is accurate and complete.
2. What we do
- We aim to acknowledge your report within a few business days.
- We review it and decide whether the content should be removed or access disabled.
- We will let you know the outcome, and we notify the affected page owner of any action we take.
3. What can be reported
Examples of content you can report here include:
- fraudulent listings or scams;
- content promoting illegal goods or services;
- hate speech or incitement to violence;
- child sexual abuse material;
- content that breaches consumer-protection law;
- any other content that is illegal under EU or national law.
4. Your rights
Under the DSA you can:
- submit reports about illegal content;
- receive a response to your report;
- be informed of the decision we take;
- ask us to reconsider a decision — reply to the same address and we will review it again.
5. Misuse of this process
Submitting reports you know to be false or misleading may carry legal consequences under applicable EU and national law. Please only report content you genuinely believe to be illegal, and make your report in good faith.
