These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Reprep — the website at reprep.net and the tools it provides (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Reprep is a page-builder and link-in-bio tool. It lets you create a public page that presents links, product cards and other content you choose, and share that page with your audience. Reprep is a publishing tool only: we do not sell, stock, ship, list or endorse any products, and we are not a party to any transaction between you, your visitors and any third-party website.
You keep ownership of everything you publish through the Service — text, images, links and any other material (“Content”). By publishing Content you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce and display it as needed to operate, promote and improve the Service. This licence ends when you delete the Content or your account, except for copies that exist in routine backups for a limited time.
You are solely responsible for your Content, including the links you post, the images you upload, the product names and prices you enter, and the products or services those links point to. You represent that you have all rights needed to publish your Content and that it does not violate any law or the rights of any third party. The pages on Reprep are created by their owners, not by us — we do not review, curate or verify Content before it is published. Websites you link to are not operated by us, and we are not responsible for them.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We may remove Content or suspend accounts that violate this section.
Pages created with the Service may contain affiliate links — added by the page owner or by Reprep — and commissions may be earned on purchases made through them, at no extra cost to the buyer. Any purchase you make through a link on a Reprep page happens on a third-party website under that website’s own terms and policies. Reprep is not involved in, and accepts no responsibility for, those transactions.
Content published by page owners may reference third-party brands, and may include brand names, logos or images supplied by the page owner. Reprep is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any brand. Any brand name, trademark or logo that appears on a page belongs to its respective owner and is used by the page owner as a reference to identify a product — not by Reprep.
We do not manufacture, source, sell, authenticate or verify any product, and we make no representation about the origin, authenticity or trademark status of anything a page owner lists. Responsibility for that Content, and for ensuring it complies with the law and does not infringe anyone’s rights, rests with the page owner who published it. If you own a brand and object to how it appears, see our IP & Takedown Policy and we will review and act on it.
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to complaints from rights holders. If you believe content hosted on the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, follow the process in our IP & Takedown Policy.
If you believe content on the Service is unlawful under EU law (something other than an intellectual-property issue), you can report it through our DSA Reporting page. We review such notices and remove or disable access to content we determine to be illegal.
The Service itself — the Reprep name, website, software and design — belongs to us. These Terms give you a personal, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not give you any other licence to our intellectual property.
The Service is currently free of charge. If we introduce paid features in the future, they will be governed by additional terms presented before you buy. We may change, add or remove features of the Service at any time.
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, or where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, its users or third parties. Sections 3, 5, 6, 12, 13, 14 and 16 survive termination.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that the Service will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reprep will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Service, or from any content, products or transactions of third parties reached through the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or €50, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reprep and the people who operate it from and against any claims, demands, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) brought by a third party and arising out of the Content you publish, the links and products you promote, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or of any law or third-party right. This means that if a brand, rights holder or other party brings a claim because of something you posted, that responsibility is yours, not ours. We may take over the defence of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with us if we do.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new “last updated” date. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protections granted by the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
