IP & Takedown Policy

Reprep is a page-builder: the pages on this site are created and published by their owners, not by us. We do not curate, select or verify what page owners publish. We respect intellectual property rights, and we remove or disable infringing content when a rights holder or brand reports it through the process below. If content is unlawful for a reason other than intellectual property, use our DSA Reporting page instead.

1. Report a copyright complaint

If you own a copyright (or are authorised to act for the owner) and believe content on reprep.net infringes it, email hello@reprep.net with the subject line “Copyright takedown” and include:

  • identification of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
  • the exact URL(s) on reprep.net where the infringing content appears;
  • your name, organisation and contact details;
  • evidence that you own the work or are authorised to act for the owner;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law, and that the information in your notice is accurate.

2. Report a trademark or counterfeit complaint

If you are a brand or trademark owner (or are authorised to act for one) and believe a page owner is using your mark without authorisation — for example listing counterfeit goods, using your brand name or logo, or presenting products in a way that creates a likelihood of confusion — email hello@reprep.net with the subject line “Trademark takedown” and include:

  • the trademark(s) at issue, including registration number(s) and jurisdiction where registered;
  • the exact URL(s) on reprep.net where the content appears, and how it infringes;
  • your name, company and contact details;
  • evidence that you own the mark or are authorised to act for the owner;
  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised and that the information in your notice is accurate.

Incomplete notices may be rejected or delayed while we ask for the missing details.

3. What counts as infringement

Content we will act on includes, for example:

  • unauthorised use of copyrighted images, photos, artwork or written descriptions;
  • listings offering counterfeit goods that bear your trademark;
  • use of your brand name or logo that is likely to confuse consumers;
  • marks similar enough to yours to create a likelihood of confusion.

4. What we do with a valid notice

  • We aim to acknowledge receipt within a few business days.
  • Where a notice is well-founded, we remove or disable access to the reported content.
  • We may notify the page owner who published it, who can respond with an explanation or evidence of their rights (a counter-notice). We make the final decision on whether content is restored.

5. Counter-notifications

If your content was removed because of an IP complaint and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may reply to the same address with your reasons and any evidence of your rights, and we will review it.

6. Repeat infringers

We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly publish infringing content.

7. Misuse of this process

Knowingly submitting false or misleading infringement claims may expose you to liability. Please only use this process for genuine copyright or trademark complaints; for other illegal content see our DSA Reporting page, and for anything else see our Terms of Service or just email us.
